Meet The Teacher

My name is Janet Vargas, and I own All About Kids Montessori. 

We are a home-based Montessori located in Irving, Texas. I've been a Teacher for the past 20 years, but I'd like to think I was born an educator. My passion for the Montessori Philosophy has led me to become a Certified Montessori teacher and also teach many others about Montessori education. My proudest moment is when I enrolled my first student. I’m so thankful to that family that has entrusted me with their most valued possession, their child. 

Due to Covid-19 and the pandemic my job was force to close down, So I lost my job, didn’t know what my next move was going to be so that’s when I decided to open my own Home-Based Montessori school in 2020 and call it, All About Kids Montessori. Focusing on a small classroom ratio setting to give parents a safer option to bring their children. 

I started All About Kids Montessori to offer my community a place where children from diverse backgrounds and cultures can come together to learn, develop and grow. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I feel very fortunate to offer this program to families like yours.

When you leave your child in our care we will strive to create a safe learning environment where they will be nurtured and challenged academically. The years of experience I have in education, has given me the skills necessary to be where I am today. There is a lot of work behind the scenes that takes place and the work itself is not easy but the outcome and seeing the children learn, grow, and have fun is very rewarding.
